Nov. 17, 2020 - Since November 1, Nicole Uellendahl is responsible as the new Head of HR for global personnel management at Possehl Erzkontor. She is also part of the company's new management board.
Before that, Nicole Uellendahl was HR Senior Manager in the public sector, where she acted as a strategic partner to the board of directors and executives in all matters relating to personnel management, personnel law and personnel policy. As a nationwide acting senior in-house consultant, she also gained extensive experience in change management, management development and process optimization.
Nicole Uellendahl holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in labor market management and is a passionate athlete. Before starting her career in the public sector, she worked as a personal trainer, course leader and nutrition coach, accompanying people who were dependent on rehabilitation.
Counseling of people has therefore always played a role in the professional career of the mother of two. In addition, her experience and empathy paired with implementation strength, diplomatic skills and passion for change characterize the HR manager.

Road#2024PLUS describes the trading company's new strategy that Jan Weber developed together with the Erzkontor management team. The Possehl Erzkontor wants to become more vertical and diversified by 2024 and wants to be the first point of contact for raw materials for its customers.
