Beijing Lirr fully deploys the refractory raw materials production base

Sep. 3, 2020 - Beijing Lirr High-Temperature Materials Co., Ltd. owns more than ten subsidiaries such as Shanghai Lirr, Luoyang Lirr, Ma 'anshan Lirr, Haicheng Lirr Magnesite, Haicheng Zhongxing Magnesia, Luoyang Lirr Functional Refractories, Shanghai New Taishan and so on. In the first half of 2020, the operating income of Beijing Lirr Group achieved 2.09 billion yuan, a 27.09% growth YoY, which is really not easy in such a severe situation.

In addition to its main business in refractories for steel, non-ferrous, petrochemical, building materials and other high temperature industries, Beijing Lirr has gradually distributed refractory raw materials for upstream industry, including magnesia production base in Northeast China, resin and homogeneous bauxite production base in Henan province, and white fused alumina, alumina micro-powder and magnesia alumina spinel production base in Luoyang city of Henan province.

At its magnesia production base located in Northeast China, there is one magnesite flotation production line, with an annual output of 500,000 tons of fine ore powder, one light burnt suspension furnace, with an annual output of 200,000 tons of light burnt magnesia powder, 6 shaft kilns with an annual output of 150,000 tons of dead burned magnesia, 2 shaft kilns of high purity magnesia, with an annual output of 100,000 tons, and is equipped with 20 sets of 4,500KvA electric furnaces with an annual output of 120,000 tons of fused magnesia.

At its aluminosilicate refractory raw materials production base in Luoyang, Henan, there is equipped with an annual output of 20,000 tons of high-purity activated alumina micro powder production line, an annual output of 100,000 tons of white fused alumina series production line, an annual output of 30,000 tons of fused magnesia alumina spinel, and 10,000 tons of composite materials.

At its homogenized bauxite and phenolic resin production base in Henan, there is an annual output of 100,000 tons of homogenized bauxite 85% and 88%, and an annual output of 100,000 tons of powder and liquid phenolic resin used in refractories (dry vibrating mix, taphole clay, iron trough materials, functional refractories for C.C., magnesia calcium bricks), abrasives and composite materials.
